How Holiday Lighting Leasing Works at Midas
- Free measure and design. We measure your rooflines, trees and walkways and plan the look with you.
- Written price. You approve the design and the price before anything is installed.
- Professional install. Installs begin the last week of September. Diwali homes are scheduled first, then Christmas homes in order.
- All-season service. If a bulb or a run goes out, send us a photo and we fix it. Service calls are always free.
- Takedown and storage. Takedowns start January 2, or after January 6 on request. We store your lights for your house next year.

Midas packages start at $950 for front rooflines in one color, and our premium front package for medium and large homes starts at $1,850. A good starting budget is about half your home’s square footage, so a 3,000 square foot home budgets around $1,500. Every price includes design, installation, maintenance all season, takedown and storage.
